Is it technically impossible to implement the Spotify Web API on the
older Squeezeboxes or is it just

I see that Spotify have finally got round to updating the functionality
of their iPad app to include the Your Music section. Are they any
closer to exposing this on the API that this plugin uses?

After a thorough clear out and Michael's fix to the 7.8.1 nightly build,
everything is now back up and running.
Many thanks,
Andrew

I get the following when I restart the server, having selected your
plugins and hit the Apply button.
Code:

I deleted the .pkg file and the icon from system preferences. Is there
anything else you can do on OS X?
Yes, I'm using Yosemite.
Hi,
I have had to install LMS 7.7.4 on my Mac mini as I've just (foolishly)
upgraded to OS X Yosemite and there's a problem with the Perl libraries
(as I understand it, which is to say that I don't understand it! :( ).
Unfortunately, I am now unable to install either Triode's BBC iPlayer or

The Triode plugin doesn't seem to encounter any problems on my WHS box
but has stopped working on my Mac Mini. The helper app is running and I
can logon to Spotify but the streaming fails. Nothing has changed since
yesterday when both were working fine.
Has anyone else experienced this

Are you sure that the same problem is not on the WHS box. I am asking
because it seams the Spotify problem is not persistent. It happens that
no problems occur for a shorter period of time. So it could be that you
tested the WHS box during such a troublefree period.

Does the self test work? Sounds like a firewall problem to me, which
may be best resolved by removing and reinstalling the plugin and
ensuring you select allow when the firewall pops up to ask if it is ok
for the spotifyd app to use the network.
The Self Test passes the first

Spotify is not working for me in the UK at present so a problem at the
spotify end could be the cause. However if it all works except
streaming then the firewall is a possible problem. Suggest you watch
https://twitter.com/spotifystatus and try again when they claim it to be
fine as it works through my iPhone.
Were there any updates to the plug-in a few days ago that might not
agree with my set-up? I've not changed any firewall settings here.
Cheers,
Andrew
