I finally got a screenshot for this problem which may help to indicate where it lies. In this case the track listing has been confined to a very small scrolling area, but most of the time the problem I seem to get is the height for this scrolling area is set to 0, so I don't get any track lists

The Library Directory just had the XML files in it from when I'd tweaked a few settings before, and with r/w permissions. Interestingly I can't see anywhere where my actual music library paths are defined in the web interface, so it looks like something is missing from the display.
