LMS 8.1 on rpi
I uninstalled the plugin, deleted everything in
/var/lib/squeezeboxserver/cache/ that seemed to be spotty related... and
reinstalled the plugin again.
No difference.

After this experiment I upgraded both the LMS and Spotty, then even
reinstalled Spotty.

this, and now the library contains only one file. LMS is responsive and
Tidal, bandcamp, youtube and other plugins work. Somehow I still have

Thanks for the report. I can confirm I'm seeing the same. But I'm not

spotify app when you click on "heart" icon (previously "plus" icon

- meaning not adding a song to LMS favorites, but marking a song as

Additional observation... when it happens, LMS thinks it's playing for
about 10 seconds, then the play bar resets to 0:00 and music starts, but
then the skipping begins and continues every few seconds.
Are you using the Connect mode, or controlled by LMS? If in Connect

transcoding for the squeezelite for years until a few weeks ago.
Put your own custom-convert.conf in LMS' root folder (or wherever the
convert.conf file is stored). It should survive updates there.

I have an Odroid XU4 running DietPi with LMS 8.1.1 and a Squeezelite
player.
In my study I have an iPad1 on a B Zeppelin running Squeezecast.
The squeezelite player works fine with Spotty, but the squeezecast will
freeze (requiring iPad reboot) unless in File Types I set Spotty ogg to
disabled.
