Max2Play was updated recently, and one of the changes is:
"Squeezeboxserver Nightly 8.0 now available to install". I assume this
means it's been added to the drop down list, but I haven't had a chance

Also, what are the command line options in Squeezelite?
hw:0/hw:1 enables hardware volume control and "-C 5" automatically
closes the playback of Squeezelite after 5 seconds of inactivity.
Not sure if this is a set up issue on my part or a problem with the
software . So I will just detail the issue and see if anyone else has
had the same problem and if there is a simple issue . Just to start will

Okay have run the Beta Download for a few weeks now on my RPi 4 4GB and
the results have been excellent to say the least a couple of minor
hiccups which just needed a clean download none of which have ever
happened again . The music sound fantastic and the stability and speed
of LMS in this
Okay the full rescan was a one off . Added a couple of CD's today and
the normal just add the new media was working . LMS has worked in
different systems in differnet rooms using Squeezelite through O2
Jogglers , Raspberry Pi with both Just Boom and HiFi Berry Hats and no
issues . No drop outs

1) All Rasbian OS are back compatible with previous Hardware ( I have
tried running LMS and Squeezelite on Stretch on a rpi1B with cirruslogic
dac. It did work but was painfully slow. piCorePlayer is much better in
this instance imho.

running OpenMediaVault and I can not get it to mount properly via nfs or

As mentioned in the release, the new BT currently only works for output.
If you prefer using an input method, we recommend using the Jessie
version of Max2Play for now.
Important: Bluetooth Input is not yet
