Copytrans is just MP3 without iTunes.
If your LMS is Linux then the best option for FLAC is FLAC player plus
SFTP. That's assuming you can't do VPN and iPeng which is THE best.

Thanks I will try copytrans. I tried mounting the phone as a removable
drive, but it seems like it only allows me to manage images. I have
ipeng classic, but I haven't tried remote steaming. I will have to look
into that.

know it used to be against the tos for anything besides itunes to add
