So I moved LMS and Spotty from WHS V1 to a Win7 box. Installation went
without error. Spotty continues to provide me issues on the fresh
install. Woke to an error that Spotty had an AppCrash. Server log
reflects hundreds of the following error

I have Logitech Media Server Version: 7.9.0 - 1465358341 on Ubuntu 12.04
server. In server settings|plugins I cannot see Spotty.
I'd suggest you update your LMS, then check your server.log.
