Hi Michael!
Wonderfull if this really works. But I am not getting any sound out. I
get a cover and the bar is moving, like it is playing, but there is no
sound.
I am on this version:
Logitech Media Server Version: 7.9.1 - 1503129892 @ Sat Aug 19 08:58:11

I and I suspect others here are not looking to do any sort of
development we just want to keep up to date with the builds.
I dont have the skills required to create/build a package and Im not
familiar with git but I can follow instructions.
Failing that the only way Im going to achieve this

First post says
Check Settings/Information. There should be a folder listed ending in
"Plugins" (uppercase, "s" at the end). That's the location you should
extract the file to.

Unfortunately I can confirm this. I think it happens when a new set of
files is requested. And sometimes the plugin would sync up again after
the second track... I'll certainly look into this.

I actually do see artwork changing but it does not seem to be
synchronised with the tracks. Half way through a David Gray track the
artwork changed to Spirit in the Night by Bruce Springsteen which turned
out to be the next track. I think I heard an audio glitch when the
artwork changed bit I
I've now installed the latest LMS on a Linux Mint laptop, and there
everything works as it should, so it seems that this is a Mac-related

Maybe a small bug:

Just use the IP and no port if you want the autodetect.

Ah, ok. Sorry. Been a long weekend. I had originally tried running
without specifying the server, and specifying the server and no port,
and neither worked for some reason which is why I ended up where I was.
All seems happy now.
Alright so after some time I upgraded LMS to see if that would fix the
issues,
Now it seems like I can't get spotty to talk to spotify, I'll try
logging out and then logging back in and maybe unchecking the helper
extension again.
