Ok, here's something for you to try. If you're running max2play (or
potentially some other Raspbian based system), and Spotty fails to do
anything, is reporting to be using spotty-muslhf, then try this:
- ssh in to your box
- run the following two commands

Shairtunes and Airplay Bridge seem to have stopped working.
Not sure exactly when it happened. I recently installed Plex and I
wonder if it has to do with that installation but I click the plugin
choices Shairtunes and
Airplay Bridge and they do not start with "apply".

In my Spotify App pressing 'Pause' doesn't stop the music.
The log shows no new entry when Pause is pressed.

It should still be visible to applications configured to use the same
account as Spotty. Are you in a multi user setup (eg. Spotify Family)?

Download is working, but the file seems corrupt.
When I download it directly on the linux server and try to unpack I get
the following error:

I was testing from my work PC to my home server. I open up individual
ports as required, but also allow UPnP for some devices. With a static
IP this works, but I have no idea how this works for dynamic DNS users.
Still not sure about port 3248 and security - 9000/9090 are login

Still broken for me on 2.1.10 (helper plugin removed).
When trying to play through web interface it appears to play for a
couple of seconds before skipping to the next track. No sound is heard.
I am using Max2Play Sttretch.
I tried to download PiCorePlayer to test with that but SourceForge is

but tracks change on the display and no daemons running for connect. It
looks as though the helper still does not run unless run as root on
max2play.
I cannot easily go back to the old helper either so unfortunately
