I can confirm that I have updated the plugin and I can now see a pdf file using ipeng. I'm really pleased about this. Now I have to go back and make sure I have downloaded the booklets on all my downloads! I think this is an important and useful facility.

Thanks everyone for the helpful suggestions I ended up transferring by changing permissions of the prefs files to 777. I imagine that is not strictly encouraged but I think I can live with the risk of a hacker messing with my squeezebox prefs

I'm having trouble with squeezelite on a pi2 running max2play (server is on another pi). I have a topping d10 dac attached and am getting annoying low level popping sounds which are obtrusive on tracks with quiet background (solo piano and choral for example). I do not get this problem
