There is a 10 second delay before the music starts playing even though the progress bar is moving in the spotify app. Sometimes the progress bar in the app keeps moving but no music plays. Sometimes the track finishes prematurely, rarely will more than 2 songs from the queue play successfully.

Thank you, Michael! I sent you the zip file. I'm seeing a dozen _successful_ token refreshes for at least two different accounts. And no failure at all... but I also see that you've disabled "asynchronous token refreshes" in the settings. I would strongly recommend to re-enable them.
