Hi Larry, Wanted just to say briefly the best person to support you is the author of that document (which btw is not on this list and not really reachable recently). I can't help you with that as i'm not too much into Cacti and pmacct seems to return expected results. I'm certainly available to collect feedback on that document and edit it accordingly. Perhaps is an idea to move it to the wiki so that everybody is potentially able to modify it.
