If you are talking about the directory "plugins/clientdynamiclayers" in
your pmapper installation, it is not a plugin. It contains code shared
by plugins that use "data dynamically added truth javascript" :

Does anyone know how to use the plugin titled ClientDynamicLayer?
I added it to the config_default.xml file but I am not sure what to do next?
Any ideas?
