I am using version 4.0.0 (mmm... maybe the dev version from about 2 weeks
ago), well to be thorough just enabled plugin in both verisons and the same
error is reported - PM.Plugin.ThemesAndViews is undefined.

I think it is wired in... - plugin is enabled in the config file and
pluginsconfig section added. I h
