I updated the Debian package for 4.2. No real upgrade should be
necessary for 4.1->4.2, possibly from 4.0->4.1, see

I was testing it on Ubuntu with pmapper debian repositories and still appears
pmapper-dev (version 4.2.201107112333). Yet, this is the final 4.2 version? The
pmapper-base and pmapper-demodata are still marked with version 4.0.

quite some bug fixes developed over time, as well as some smaller
