I have used the demo application with queryeditor in 4.3.2 version of pmapper
.
I am not able to see the list of attributes in the NAMES combo box while
selecting the countries and cities layer.

For the interested, I created a bug fix release 4.3.2 that mainly
contains fixes provided by Thomas Raffin, and a few by me.
