Is PHP error enabled? Maybe there is an error (bad config.php,..??) and you
don't see the message. What show the appache error log? IS wiki.d writable by
the machine? Pmwiki try to lock pages and create the initial environment ,
maybe it cannot write it

If you receive the raw format that means PHP is not enabled on the website.
Check if the web know what to do with a PHP file.
