This looks like pages may have reached the limit number of inclusions,
sometimes nested inclusions, or inclusions from pagelists.

I second that! I'm not doing any active work with Pmwiki these days, but
the websites I've built on it just keep running flawlessly. I can't think
of any other piece of software, either paid or open source, which has the
community and active, knowledgeable support of Pmwiki.
