The signatures you are referring are probably the so called Long Term
Validation (LTV) enabled signatures, possibly conforming to either PAdES LT
or LTA profiles [1]. You can achieve the task with PoDoFo but don't assume
it's a trivial task: you will have to supply lot of information needed to
