maybe http://p5ee.perl.org/ or the p5ee mailing list can help you. That's
not (just) POE obviously, but there are some people who seem to have
experience with this kind of tasks. Recently there was a discussion about
a similar topic and wether to use POE or just mod_perl functionality.
