I would like to include a bar code in an Excel sheet my program creates
(using POI). There are two ways I can images this works:
- by using a bar code font
- by creating a (PNG / GIF) image of the bar code in include this in the
Excel sheet
I would prefer the first one. Now, I had a look at

While playing around (and trying to find the reason for my IE loads
Excel sheet twice problem), I got the following error message when
opening my POI generated Excel sheet:
