Where are this child's parents? Why is he out throwing stones in the middle of the street during 'minor clashes'? He looks about 9-years old! In other combat zones, the party using the human shields is seeking to protect its assets. In Hamas' case, they are hoping the human shields (often children) will die so that they can gain political capital using the deaths.
