The reason Egypt is singled out is because Egypt actually borders Gaza. So
when Israel blocks all ports of entry and exit of Gaza, blocking food,
medicine, and basic necessities of life from reaching 1.5 million people,
the part of Gaza which borders Egypt is the only lifeline for these people.
It was strange that before Israel's recent assault on Gaza Israeli
leaders first consulted with Egyptian leader Mubarek. Then when the
assault started Egypt immediately closed it's border with Gaza,
preventing emergency aid coming in to Gaza or any of the people of
Gaza escaping. That's just what
