I merged pdftopng to pdftoppm. It works as pdftoppm -png now. Maybe
it should be something like pdf2image in the future and get more
format to support.

原来我用VS2005成功编译过xpdf，应该和poppler基本一致。我试过用免费版的VS2003编译工具编译xpdf，没成功，好像少lib吧。
