Attached is a patch which fixes the pkgconfidir definition in popt's
Makefile.{in,am}.They were incorrectly defined as pkgconfigdir = /lib/pkgconfig which is wrong since is not always lib/. Thanks! Matt Turner http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=349558
