Our testing
Trivial manpage section fixup for mail/metamail:
- Change section of mailcap manpage from 4 to 5.
- Change reference from metmail(1).
- Bump PKGNAME.
If there aren't any objections, I'll do similar changes to misc/plan
and comms/mgetty+sendfax, which install manpages to the wrong
sections,

- Move plan(4) to plan(5).
- Fix reference in plan(1).
- Bump PKGNAME.
