Hi. This is a fix to htmldoc so that one does not have to input "--datadir /usr/local/share/htmldoc" each time he wants to use the program. I'm not sure about keeping the pkg/MESSAGE file though. Is it really usefull information ? I don't mind maintaining this and added myself as maintainer if i
