net/scapy pkg needs unavailable gnuplot pkg

OpenBSD 4.0-beta i386 I can't pkg_add scapy because it depends on py-gnuplot and py-gnuplot depends on gnuplot, which doesn't seem to be available as a package: % sudo pkg_add scapy Error from ftp://ftp.stacken.kth.se/pub/OpenBSD/snapshots/packages/i386/: 550 Failed to open file.
