out-of-date not picking up properly mail/maildrop,-utils ?

I got that message when running out-of-date (ports tree updated few hours ago, system running i386 snapshot from Sep 17): mail/maildrop,-utils # gdbm-1.8.3p0,gdbm.3.0,m.2.3,stdc++.42.0 - So i did SUBPACKAGE=-utils make update... But out-of-date spits out the same message. Broken ports

why is it that there is no mod_python on the ports tree? just wondering I've still been strugling on putting on mod_python on OpenBSD. is there anyone here that was able to install mod_python. even if i build it against source apache... i still can't make it to work i've tried to ask it before
