Removes two direct references as well as from the network.conf template.
Attached sql report shows affected ports, number of failures, and the
specific URLs. Note, that failures are approximately daily as my scan
runs daily.

I don't know how I lost my mtx-changer patch with the last one.
I added (suggested by jdixon@) some sane defaults to bacula-sd.conf.
I also added (for above) a TAPEDRIVE=/dev/rst0 CONFIGURE_ENV variable.
