Updated diff, for use with the gsm update sent a few minutes ago.
Add audio/gsm to LIB_DEPENDS, to let sox always pull in the installed
libgsm instead of building its own version. Fix license markers now
that gsm has a clearer license.

I have just test this patch and it's work perfectly.
The game runs well but I always have a problem with sound which stutterring.
For information, I have aucat -l running and I have this same sound problem
with Openarena.

Using the new version of xfce, I am unable to get the following binding
to work:
"question" for xfrun4.
This can be configured in the keyboard settings panel.
If I change the binding to "r" it works.
