Hi,
I attached a first shot at using MULTI_PACKAGES.
So, far it works for me on amd64.
FWIW, I've sent the patches to upstream,
so they remove the libutf8 dependency for OpenBSD.
Any feedback would be appreciated,
as I'm not sure if I got the MULTI_PACKAGES stuff right,

This has been running fine since then for me, anyone has more comments
to make on that ? If i get it right, this requires the tempita update
and the py-sqlalchemy-migrate import before being commited ? Who's
