The Makefile variable NATIVE defaults to 'on', in which case
-march=native is used. This disables it.

Hi,
there's nothing better than Lufia II to fill those nights where the code
just won't flow. So below is an update for snes9x to 1.53. The gettext
module is no longer used as well.
