Attached is a small update to libircclient, bumping the version to 1.10.
Their changelog:
This release fixes API incompatibility with OpenSSL 1.1.x
I also added a small patch to fix the library to work with an SSL connection. As
of 5.6, SSLv2 was removed from OpenBSD.

The PosteRazor cuts a raster image into pieces which can afterwards
be printed out and assembled to a poster. As input, the PosteRazor
takes a raster image. The resulting poster is saved as a multipage
