For updating p5-XML-LibXML I need a bunch of dependent ports.
ok to import p5-Test-Exit?
Note that I do not set RELEASE_TESTING as this creates another bunch
of non existing dependencies. Testing pod is neither critical nor
OpenBSD specific, and the author has most likely done it.

Use closefrom(2) after fork/vfork and before exec instead of
opendir/readdir on /dev/fd. opendir/readdir are not async-signal-
safe and may not be safely called after forking in a multithreaded

Using base-gcc here is an error, it doesn't support C++11, otherwise I
