There was no "tagging".
What happened was the mid-cycle switch in name from N.M-something to
N.M+1-something, so that the late arrival of N.M+1 numbering doesn't

Here is a simple patch for graphics/p5-Imager to update to 1.011.
It build well and passed all tests on amd64-head system.
Two ports depends on it:
www/p5-Mojolicious-Plugin-Thumbnail
