I've pushed a draft port of neovim-qt to the WIP repo under editors/neovim-qt: a QT5 GUI front-end for neovim. It's not as polished in some ways as gvim, but in some ways it (or, at least, neovim) is faster -- and it works well enough for me to be writing this email!
