This is an update of net/py-nbxmpp to it latest version 4.5.3. This is
needed for an update to net-gajim sent on another thread.
All tests pass and works for me on amd64.

As stated in my previous message I'm trying to get gajim 1.2 to work,
and to do that py-nbxmpp had to be updated.
I've actually tested it already with gajim 1.2 on amd64 and it works.
