Hi,
attached patch updates to 5.5-rc3.
Mostly some compilation and small runtime fixes.
Major change is dropped support for Apache 1.3, but therefore added support for
Apache 2.4.
Tested and works for me with Apache 2.4.
If there are no objections, I'd update by the end of the week.
