Hello ports@,
I've got an update here for py-docutils. It's still supposedly the reference
implementation for reStructuredText and has a bunch of scripts for working with
this format.
Tested several of the scripts on snapshots/amd64 with python2. Ran the builtin
tests with `python2 ./alltests.py`
