I upgraded to a recent snapshot and after updating packages I was unable to restart spectrwm successfully. I had a symlink called .scrotwm.conf pointing to .spectrwm.conf that I destroyed, but that didn't help. I've also moved my .spectrwm.conf and used a copy of /etc/spectrwm.conf as my

Thanks to Gonzalo letting me try out his .spectrwm.conf file I was able to figure out the issue. In Gonzalo's configuration there was autorun = ws[1]:xrandr -s 1366x768 My configuration didn't have this. Gonzalo's configuration file allowed spectrwm to run as a usable window manager
