Seems to work, though so far I only tried quickly connecting to server and joining a room, so more testing appreciated. Make devel/ptlib no longer require FAKE_AS_ROOT = always-wrap
Basically the same fix as used for PostgreSQL. Both ptlib and the sole port that depends on ptlib (net/h323plus) package fine with this. This is the only port in the tree that still uses FAKE_AS_ROOT = always-wrap. OKs?
