Ruby 2.1 will be completely unsupported upstream before the release of OpenBSD 6.1 (date not yet announced, but likely to be this Christmas). Per our standard support policy for ruby ports, we will stop building ruby 2.1 ports by default. You will still be able to build them manually using FLAVOR
