I ported this to update py-wbem to unbreak it after the py-M2Crypto update, but it got lost in a mail spool for a few days so it got fixed a different way. Still I'd like to import it so I can do the update.. . PLY is an implementation of the lex and yacc parsing tools written entirely in Pyth
