Here is a patch for misc/p5-File-LibMagic :
i) Update to 1.22
ii) Remove the patch which is not needed now
iii) Remove the lines of post-extract, which is not needed now
It build well and pass all tests on amd64-current system.
No other ports depend on it.

abandonned since 1st november 2018.
Official source repository is archived/read-only
https://github.com/jabberd2/jabberd2 and nothing can happen to it
anymore. It seems no fork made progress compared to the official
