Hello,
I noticed that Alacritty didn't show properly in my XFCE menu.
It seems it also happens on Gnome and is a well-known problem.
Following directions from

I modified the port's Makefile and it seems to solve the

Ports infrastructure should set that automatically.
Could be you aren't passing the environment through correctly. If you're
using sudo, make sure you have SUDO=sudo -E in mk.conf, or if you're using
doas then make sure it has keepenv.

Hi,
an update for textproc/delta with the latest version 0.16.5
Changelog: https://github.com/dandavison/delta/releases
- update Makefile, distinfo and crates.inc for version 0.16.5
- remove MODCARGO_CRATES_UPDATE for cc crate in Makefile, cc crate
version is now 1.0.79
- add patch to fix
https://www.puppet.com/docs/puppet/7/release_notes_puppet.html#release_notes_puppet_x-7-24-0
Keeps working for me.
Feedback? OK?
update-plist somehow removed
-@sample ${SYSCONFDIR}/puppetlabs/
so I've manually added it back in.

I don't use this, but they moved gif support from giflib to cgif.
So if anyone needs libvips to work with gifs, that will need to be
ported too.

reminded by the dwz mail, rsync would also like to use xxhash if
available:
'The xxHash library (https://cyan4973.github.io/xxHash/) provides
extremely fast checksum functions that can make the "rsync algorithm"
run much more quickly, especially when matching blocks in large files.
