codeblocks doesn't build any more on riscv64, I had to duplicate the aarch64 #define goo in the embedded copy of nspr or something. This should be safe, riscv64 is a little-endian LP64 arch like aarch64 or amd64. This was present in the 7.1 packages release builds, I just didn't send it early
