- **g** and **v** do not auto lower case the next key, so **GL** needs to be
manually mapped to **Gl** for example.

Attached a diff to upgrade kakoune to 2020-09-01.
This is mostly a bugfix release.
* Daemon mode (-d switch) does not fork anymore.
* Fix crash on completion.
