Hi, This is a new dependency needed to provide vulkan-validation-layers with the Vulkan::LayerSettings library that is needed to update it to the most recent SDK 1.3.275.0. I don't have much to say about this, as the LayerSettings seems to be the only thing that we will rely on in the near term.
