Hi, here's the port with some changes.
Updated to latest.
Wapp now requires Tcl 8.6 so instead of a static wapptclsh,
Wapp is now installed as a Tcl module.
SQLite3 functionality comes from the sqlite3-tcl port.
Programs already using wapptclsh simply need to
make sure they contain:
package
