The netpbm super stable branch--the only one with releases--has
jumped from 10.26 to the slightly less ancient 10.35, so here is
an update to 10.35.75.
I didn't notice any exciting changes, apart from the addition of
pamx, a minimal X11 viewer for files in the various netpbm formats.

those are the only 2 that break i think (lib depends ones)
someone needs to make sure the RUN_DEPENDS ones work by
testing them too.

But soon with gcc3 this won't be a problem I guess (this
is good though for now)

This is a tentative update for graphics/netpbm. I have attached a
tarball of the port rather than a diff because this is effectively a new
port.
The upstream maintainer doesn't believe in man pages any more, so
these are gone. He also claims that he has fixed the many known
arithmetic overflows
